Lorenz Hart's witty ditties,
including "The Lady is a Tramp," "To Keep
My Love Alive," and
"Bewitched (Bothered and Bewildered)."
Not just sophisticated
humorists, Rodgers and Hart also created such poignant evergreens as "My
Funny Valentine," "Where or When," and "Spring is Here"
in a collaboration that lasted from their college days at Columbia
until 1943
(the year of Hart's death).
With a Song in My Heart premiered in 2002 as part of Wenhelm Productions 3-cabaret tribute to Richard Rodgers and is currently scheduled to return in 2005.
